2017 COPO Camaro Revealed
When you hear the name COPO, usually images of smoke and remnants of tires come to mind. This year during the 2017 SEMA show GM announced the new 2017 Chevrolet COPO Camaro which will of course, be a no-nonsense 9-second monster. COPO — which stands for Central Office Production Order — was Chevrolet’s special-order system, notoriously used by dealers in the 1960s to build high-performance models that couldn’t be found anywhere else. The 2017 model will be no exception. Chevrolet will be auctioning off serial no. 1 at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale this January.
