We’re big fans of the Frantic Ford Nitro Funny Car and its team around here, so when Al Liebmann of the Frantic Ford team forwarded this video taken by the Red Line Shirt Club at the recent NHRA Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green, KY, we couldn’t wait to share it with you.
The Red Liners have a very cool action cam which means that you can see the Frantic Ford for the outside, and get a perspective on the walls whooshing by as well!
The funny car is being campaigned in the newly created “Classical Nitro AA/FC” by Rocky Pirrone and his team. It’s a 1969 1/2 version of the Frantic Ford Mach 1 Mustang AA/FC. The team is also prepping another big, bad racer – the Super Camaro. Stay tuned for more info as they start launching that one as well!
