We kicked off day 2 at the NHRA breakfast – more to come on that – but imagine going to your favorite sort of inappropriate uncle’s house at beer o’clock. Now imagine your uncle was John Force and his buddies were Gary Scelzi, Antron Brown and Tony Schumacher. Yeah. Breakfast was kind of like that.
It was a big day for RacingJunk.com. We handed over the keys to the 2014 Chevy Silverado to the winner, photographed a mere fraction of the totally insane stuff here at SEMA, watched part of “Overhaulin'” took Andrew’s photo with Robert Hight at a press conference for WELD Racing, saw a chrome transformer come to life. It was a crazy day, and we’ve still got two more to go.
We’ll fill in the details when we we get home, but for now, a few of the cool rides we saw today.
