The event marks the opening night for the 2014 oval track racing season. The first 500 fans through the gate will receive a FREE 2014 schedule magnet and special gift from RacingJunk.com. The Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) will be the main show of the weekend, in their first event of the season at Lucas Oil Speedway. The stage is set to bring the best regional dirt late model racers to the track known as the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks.” Some of the top names in midwest dirt racing are slated to appear and battle for the first win of 2014. Lucas Oil Speedway also recently announced that NASCAR veteran Ken Schrader will be competing both nights with the Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds.
