Nissan took their latest pair of concept cars, the IDx Freeflow and the IDx NISMO, on a publicity tour around Southern California, making stops at car enthusiast gatherings like Cars & Coffee and Supercar Sunday.
While Nissan claims these cars are without legacy influences, it feels like a modern interpretation of the popular Datsun 510 from the late ’60s and early ’70s.
What do you think about these cars? Are they Japanese muscle cars for the new generation? Or are they econo-boxes in disguise?
