You need to read the legaleze a little better. It doesn't say you can't sell a car, it says if you buy one with the INTENTION of selling it then you need the license.

DOES ANYONE EVERY BUY A CAR WITHOUT HAVING INTENTIONS OF RE-SELLING IT IN THE FUTURE?

I don't know when they changed the law i see they have but it use to be 6 cars a year.
I was born and raised in KY and still live in Ky.
I'm glad this all came out that's new laws i didn't know about thanks MM
