Default Speed-O-Motive 383 SBC kit. Crank question

I have located a Speed-O-Motive 383 crank kit for sale. I will be giving it look later this week. The crank is advertised “..4340 steel 3.750 internal balanced”. I’m hoping when I call Speed-O-Motive they will be able to tell me more about this crank as far as forged or cast, and a way to identify it by a part number on it somewhere, as I want to make sure it is a 3.75” stroke. In case they can’t/won’t help, does anyone have experience with Speed-O-Motive kits, and might know how to identify the crank? Do they make their own cranks? If not, who does? Thanks.

I have never ordered from them but if it is a 4340 crank it is forged. I would bet it is Eagle or Scat. Can you post a link to the kit you are looking at? But as you stated calling them is the best way to know for sure what you are getting.
