EVERY ONE HAS GOOD POINT. BUT THE SHIFTER WORKED FINE THE 1ST HAFE OF THE SEASON THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WENT SOUTH. MY THOUGHT WAS MAYBE LOW VOLTAGE.

Default shifting

Im surprised no one mentioned relays. With a real hot battery it may shift but all I have seen need a relay or a ford solonoidIf You ran relays, they may be weak. As with anything electrical, good luck.

i've seen them not work correctly if you don't have a switch to turn it off & on , something get hot & doesn't work ( relay,activation switch,etc)
