Default good carb for a 340 w/mild cam?

Hey guys, im looking for a new carb for my 68 dart. It has a 340 with a mild cam. Hadnt had a chance to dive into the motor too much buts its rumored it could have 360 heads on it. If anybody has any good ideas on a good carb thats street and track friendly, im open to any suggestions.
thanks a lot.

Use a 650 for below 6000 RPM and if you have less than a 2500 stall

use a 750 if you have a 4 speed or larger than 3000 stall and over 6000 RPM shifts
