* No roll bar.
* 360 Magnum, but I haven't seen with what specs.
* Lots of other stuff needs to be added or fabricated to complete it because of all the different combinations, class rules and personal preferences.
Lots more info on these forum threads:

I read an artice in Hot Rod (August) about hopping up the new Challenger. They did some basic bolt ons & such... almost in the 12's. I did not realize they were doing a factory drag car!!! Man, you gotta love that- excellent investment too!!

SOME ASSEMBLY ISREQUIRED !
Dodge Challenger Drag Pak vehicle kits are not street-driveable.
Mopar has worked with NHRA to develop a modern “Package Car.” This competitive envelope is the most effective way to begin an NHRA Stock or Super Stock program.

some assembly required!!

Consult the rules for the sanctioning body which governs the racing series you wish to compete in. At minimum, Drag Pak vehicle kits require rear axle, rear suspension, driveline, driveline safety equipment, wiring, fuel cell, safety cage / roll bars, fire system, safety harness and other additions to be considered competition ready.

2009 MOPAR DODGE CHALLENGER DRAG PAK
ORDERING GUIDELINES FOR DODGE DEALERSHIPS
The following guidelines are published for parts managers intending to order a Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak. Dealers are required to identify a potential customer for the vehicle in writing. All applications will be reviewed by Mopar prior to filling orders.
Mopar has created an excellent opportunity for your dealership to work directly with sportsman-level drag racers and Mopar enthusiasts on this exciting new program. Don’t pass up this opportunity to make long-term relationships with this loyal customer base.
Program Headquarters will accept applications until October 30th, 2008.
1. Customers interested in purchasing a 2009 Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak parts kit must fill out a specific application form that will be available on Mopar.com.
2. Mopar is directing interested customers to bring completed applications to the Parts Department at a Dodge Dealership.
Completed application forms must be submitted by an active Dodge-franchise dealership who will review purchase terms, sign and FAX the application to Mopar’s DirectConnection HQ: 248 324 6002 use the fax cover sheet supplied with these ordering guidelines.
3. Signed purchase agreements indicate that the dealership is prepared to transact the sale of a Dodge Challenger Drag Pak to the customer at or below MSRP pricing printed on the Purchase Agreement.
4. Orders will be reviewed by DirectConnection on a first-come-first-serve basis. Incomplete applications will require additional time to process. The Hotline may not be able to advise of an incomplete application immediately upon receipt. A DMAIL will be sent to the Parts Manager upon receipt of a complete application at HQ.
5. It is recommended that the applicant and/or driver have a current Competition license or sanctioning body affiliation prior to ordering their vehicle. Applicants are encouraged to submit an additional one-page sheet with the application which outlines their racing history and their plans for a racing program built around the Dodge Challenger Drag Pak.
6. The applicant is encouraged to have the Challenger Drag Pak vehicle in competition within a reasonable amount of time.
7. The applicant will be required to display specific “Dodge,” “Challenger,” “Mopar” and dealership-specific ID elements when racing the vehicle in order to be eligible for Contingency Program payouts with most major drag racing sanctioning bodies.
8. Approved applications will result in vehicle orders while supplies last.
9. Mopar will create a parts order to transact the Dodge Challenger Drag Pak purchase on behalf of the applying Dodge dealership. The Parts Manager will be advised of this before the order is input.
10. Dealers submitting applications are expected to update Mopar’s DirectConnection HQ if the dealership is no longer participating.

Got back from SEMA afew days ago. PER NHRA & MOPAR--- the cars haven't been approved yet, the ones at Brainard were considered prototypes, no hp rating on any of the engines & it'll be about 30 days until that's all decided then another 30 days for the cars to be assembled at the Roush facility in Mich. I have my applic. in but I'm not holding my breath I'll get one or that the cars will be completed.
Seems there's an issue as to what the "production" car is like as they are so incomplete there's a question as to its "production" status ---makes sense to me. A car you can't even start, much less drive sounds like just a pile of parts to me. Then you have the issue of how competitive it is in a given class.
