Default Air/Fuel Raio Monitors

I'm thinking that a afr monitor would help in tuning my race car. I don't know what to look for. The engine is a carburated sbc running race gas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

the only accurate way to do it is run a air/fuel off each header tube. When the sensor is put in the collector, you get a average of all the cylinders.
