If you will, post the results. i used almost that same combo to tune my chassis, i used a set of 820 ovals with a back yard port job and 2.25 -188 valves, no idea on the number of ponies, but the thing ran dang good.

not sure what head i should have used the motor is in a mud drag truck and they have a stock head casting number rule and it has to be a steel head from what i have read the gm squair port heads were the best. i didnt have them flowed but i did cc the and the intake ports are right at 345 let me know what you thank i can do to get alittle bit more out of her im wanting 750

I'm looking at my dyno sheet from my old 548. It made 793 at 6,700. It was similar to your build, but I did have a set of aluminum heads c&c 'd by RFD. They flowed 400cfm at .800 and I did have a vacuum pump.
I doubt with those heads you're gonna get into the 700's, but I'm not fimilar with them. Even though you have to run iron heads can you run a vacuum pump and a dry sump? Not cheap hp, but you gotta do what you gotta do to win!

I think you will be around 670-680 hp and 570-590 tq, but I think the ported Super Vic is going to hurt you. Thats a big intake for your cu in. A Victor Jr. would be a better choice...IMO.
