Trouble with seller
All things resolved with this. Just a miscommunication with the delivery address. Wheels look great. This post can be deleted.

Get ahold of pay pal, do not let this problem go on. Go ahead and cancel payment, do not wait unless you were told it would take time for them to make them.

I hope you sent the money through paypal as a payment and not a "gift". If you sent it through as a gift your money is long gone...
