Default HELP!!!!Gen 3 Dominator lean at low RPMS

Got a new 1475 gen 3 it won't pull any fuel through the booster till 3600 rpms. called the holley tech line & the IDIOT there told me I needed a bigger needle & seat??? I have decreased int air bleed & increased int restrictor with not much results? Holley can't seem to be any help was hoping maybe somebody had some sugestions

Maybe jmark will jump in, he is a good carb guy, i would look at the metering blocks, i.e the cross well size, and the emulsion jet, size and placement.

The link has a sheet you can log all the metering, this will give me a direction to help, and a log for you to go back to if needed. And if it needed bigger N&S, why didn't it come with them, and what does that have to do with your issue??? Scary.
