To bad they didn't kidnap the Mocha Messiah instead.

"KIDNAP" . . Would indicate that he might come back . .

Of course, this could be one of those cases of selling him for what he thinks he's worth, buying him back for what he IS worth . .

Nahhh . . We'd be dollars ahead if we were to let 'em keep him . .

Just make sure the Federal Congressman in your district and your Senator(s) that go back to Washington, D.C. in 2014 are Republicans . . that will turn a lot of this crap around . .

Problem we have, is that the Republicans are closer to an answer, and so we have little choice . .

It would be great if we could vote in an Independent that really represented those in the middle, but most of the "Independents' in the House and Senate are either Socialists or communists (re: Bernie Saunders) so I don't think they'll help the country or their constituents . .

Outlaw I'm pretty sure you don't use that word to deliberately piss anyone off but I'd appreciate it if you'd find another way to refer to those of us that are members of "The Tea Party" other than using that derogatory term.

Y'know, I dunno where the "Tea Party" people got such a bad rap . . According to what has been explained to me by those who call themselves "Tea Party Members", they are against "Taxation without Representation" which is how the whole damned concept of this country was started in the first place!

Tea Party people generally don't speak of Abortions, right to life, pro-choice, Second amendment, etc. Instead they are demanding "Fiscal Responsibility" which is something the country could certainly use a big dose of . .

Some of those agendas do come up in conversations and often as not there will be differences in the views of the different people present. But on a lot of those things they also agree on . . In the three Tea Party Meetings I've been to, there were even several Registered Democrats present. Moderates, I'm sure, but never the less, there are left of center people who are just as worried about the country's debt as the right is.

I don't belong to the local chapter, but I do contribute some time, knowledge and a little money . . But you won't see me on your front porch on Saturday mornings . . Heh, heh . .

The birth of the T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) Party was totally an informal gathering of Liberty loving Patriots. We changed the political scene in a big way in 2010 and ever since, the left have been SKEERED of us because we've become a formidable political force. ANYONE who becomes a direct threat to their left wing agenda become fair game for destruction by any means possible. Hence the demeaning 'teabagger' tag.
The newest batch of legislatures in DC are mostly TEA Party. Cruz, Paul Ryan, Rand Paul, and others.

Base mathematics tell you that the Tea Party will continue to grow. Simply because, no matter the party in control, the Administration (and Congress) will need MORE REVENUE to continue to function. More Revenue means . . ? MORE TAXES!

None of those in power are going to be blamed for cutting services, Highway Funds, Natonal Defense and a plethora of things we have grown used to . . So they won't quit spending . . Your money. They will just mandate that you pay more . . .

You're seeing Obozo do this currently with the sequester he planned to use on the Republicans and pass off the blame to them. Well, they're catching some of the blame but so is he. In the end the only person to get hurt here will be the average American taxpayer. He's gonna pay more for less . . .

Thus, the Tea Party will continue to grow until it becomes more than just relevant, but a majority that the Politicians (on either side) cannot ignore!
