Keep your blade speed low, as a higher speed will melt the polycarbonate and clog the blade.
x2 If you begin seeing build up on the blade, stop, let it cool and remove the melted stuff. You can also have "your better half" cool the blade with a squirter with water, especially when cutting in the turns.
