i guess if you run into the wrong person you will have a problem.i had a paypal service transaction and the guy claimed he never did the order.fortunately i had all the emails that corresponded to the transaction and i was able to foward them to the paypal investigative center.
they emailed me back and stated that they agreed the customer lied and did initiate and recieve the service, but stated his credit card company still refused payment therefore paypal couldnt back up the transaction.
i have never used paypal again

Alls i can tell u guys i have used Pay Pal as long as ive been on R/Junk and thats like 13yrs since day here.Just bought a Carbon fiber helmet and Hanns from a SCAMMER in Kingsport TN I asked him specifically is teh helmet a 2010 Snell date he says its sure is!
Well it arrived and its 2005 snell!
Long story short hes using his moms account.BEWARE!
Jason Wolfe
of course he deleted all the rest of his parts and Blocked me.!Although I did get me $$$ back!
Just be very careful he s got a real scam game going of course he dummied up when i called him back and told me that the tracks he raced at did not require these reqirements?
Amazing how once he got his $$ how things changed?

If you go back further enough you will find that Mr. Wolfe has been on this scammer list many times...uses different names...Knoxville trader has been one in the past and others...

if you think paypal is all good then go to paypalsucks.com and you'll be better informed.
