Just got an email a few minutes ago. Michael Aviles was tried and convicted and sentenced to 24 months in jail, 24 months probation and ordered to repay the 3 grand he stole from me. Now I'm not holding my breath on that part but at least he's going to JAIL!

My guess is you will never see your money again. I have been chasing a $3000 judgement for over a year now, it is the courts that have caused the greatest difficulty in getting my money. It is always fill this out, fill that out, send him a copy, let him file......da da da da bull----! I proved my case, representing myself in front of a judge. I won, now it is jump through the hoops time!! I mean damn, I won, give me my money or his stuff!! I have around $1000 in trying to collect $3k, with most being in legal fees or court costs. When do you give up?
Too bad it isn't 100 years ago, we would band together and go get our stuff ourselves. Thanks to LIBERAL America we can no longer do that.
Traderguy of Ashland Ky and Terry James of Mooresville NC have taught this ole boy that you can't rely on a mans word anymore.
Anyway, had a couple minutes to kill.......I really hope you get your dough guys!

I got another E-Mail,it says Michael Aviles is currently incarcerated at FDC Miami, and is to be released on 10/07/2009.He is not eligible for parole. This was from John T Ratham-Warden ,Correctional Programs Branch..I don't know how long he has been there.(Not long enough tho.)
