Default who builds a good th400?

After talking with Marty Chance about my turbo 4 project, and posting on here, I have decided the th400 will work out well. That being said, who builds a good th400? Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks guys.

What's your location? How much would you be willing to pay for shipping costs?

Finish line transmissions out of wooddale, illinois.
this company will build you the best th400 around. i would put it against a rossler, or anybody else in the market.
i promise you will not be dissapointed.
