Friends are like trees.

there are leaves-they change with the seasons
there are limbs-ocassionally one falls off and another one grows back in it's place
there are trunks-these are the ones that stick around for your whole life.
there are roots-that's you holding the whole thing together

These friend's of yours sound like leaves.

Default to drag race or not to drag race is the question???????

OK, Look the guys and gals on here have all posted some really great stuff and my hat is off to them.I am a drag racer and some may say I am bias so, I will put it in a non bias way:"Live and be cautious and sheltered,or, Live dangerously and on the edge, but, Live the same amount of time." which one anyone chooses is up to them,as for the latter of the two ways trust me its much more fun.......purpledragon

GO FOR IT! I still take my old Coupe to Test-N-Tune days, it only runs in the 15's or 16's but I'm having fun. If your ride will run in the 13's stock then you are doing better then me.
I agree that you should take your wife and get her involved, maybe even let her try driving on the strip. she'll have a blast!

I don't know if I'd do that, you might have to build her a car, LOL. And then buy a bigger truck and trailer to haul 2 cars to the track. That's what happened to me.

I got lucky and married one of those women. She has wanted to go to the gatornational for years because it falls on her birthday. well she got her wish last week and I have been reaping the benefits for the last 10 days.

tickets for gatornationals on Sunday = $125

fuel for 2000 mile roundtrip = $275

beachhouse rental for 1 week = $785

"doing it" like teenagers with your wife of 16 years = PRICELESS!!!!!
