1967 all steel camaro, stock body, leaf springs w/ slapper bars, 10x28 goodyear eagles, non ported steel head 406 sbc, flat top pistons, crane solid camshaft, powerglide w/ brake, 4:56 gear, small shot NO2. I went 10.30 @ 128 with 1.40 sixty ft. on the motor and a 9.76 @ 137 with a 1.32 sixty ft. with a small spray. I know its not too quick by todays standards but I did this back in 1990. Back then this wasn't too bad 8)

Very mild 468. 450hp 532 ft/lb. 'glide, 9" 4.56 gears. Wrong converter. Stalls at 5100 supposed to be 4000-4500.
1.34 60'
6.27 107mph 1/8 mile.

Just got the converter tightened up. Gonna make some test passes in the spring and hopefully get regeared for 1/4 mile.

Default Bracket door car

Beretta Door car 25.4 chassis, 582 tall deck Chevy, all motor on gasoline, 12 degree profiler heads ported by Steve Schmidt inc, single dominator carb 1400+ cfm, engine is NOT MILD at all. TH 400 trans with 2.10 first gear hand shifted to a 3.90 rear gear and 102" roll out D1 good years. 2360# runs 7.62 ET at 180 to 187 MPH, 4.82 1/8 at 146.5MPH, 60' 1.090 in 3200' corrected altitude. Bracket race at the midmichiganmotorplex in Stanton MI, in the no box class. (I do not run for points, just satisfaction). My wife and I are the whole crew and she video tapes every run from the stands. drivingmissDD has VHS video of 64 passes I made in 08.
Hoping to blow the chassis sticker off the cage this year, expecting 7.49 ET at 187 in 09 or else..........

I guess Gimli Man. is a little far to come, thats an hour north of Winnipeg. I've raced there and their track is great. Its 700ft above sea level and usually good air which makes for some quick times.
