Default Egads I just bought a Mopar

Well its true Guys.

I just bought my teenage daughter a '65 Cuda. Its a v8 car with air. We are going to do a few things to it and then she gets it on her 16th birthday.

So now I am offically a chevy guy with a '65 Mustang FB and a '65 Cuda.

Where have I gone wrong? I am going to confession this weekend.

I will post pics as soon as I can.

The Cuda is Gold and its going to have a distinct Hurst flavor.

All is well... it is still a American muscle iconic car... very cool.

Had you bought a Civic.... or a Prius... etc... different deal.

I hope she loves it & it keeps her safe. Must be a 273 motor?

It'll be alright Scorp. I raced a Mopar all summer and I haven't had one nightmare. But I am getting back in my Chevy next year.

Any more with the scarcity of American Muscle, dipping into the other pot once in a while is acceptable ! So long as it's Detroit Iron, it don't matter !

Here it is...

and

and the huge displacement 273

Sorry the pics are tiny- The computer was fighting me this morning.

The Cuda a 273, is AT on the floor, PS, AC and comes with DB and 1" torsion bars. Needs a floor pan.

Its a father daughter project that hopefully she will want to drive to high school.
