Engine builders with dyno experience?

Ok, Answer me this. If I am only allowed a .030 over bore on my 350 which makes it a 355, and mopar is allowed an overbore of .030 which makes that engine a 366, it would be my understanding that the 366 will make more horsepower. Would you guys consider that "fair"?

Thats like compairing a super model (chevy) to a hooker(mopar) isnt it :lol:

really though the displacment rule seems a little off to me 11ci will make more power..
