I got away from excercise about 7 yrs ago. I have started back a few times, but getting sore and then out of the routine is my biggest problem
I started just to go into my little gym area and do two sets of bench, then the next day 2 sets of squats, keeping it light and quick
I just want to get a routine going and then get heavier again. Even still, the first few times doing squats were tough
It does come back fast though, I just have to keep a routine going
I will be 50 in August, so I have a goal to get to before then
