Default Truck/Tractor Pull June 11th in Virginia, Illinois

Pull is going to be held at the Cass County Fairgrounds.
Starts at 9:00 a.m. There will also be food and a beer tent!
9 classes (6 are open) of antique tractors.
4 Farm Stock Classes (2 naturally aspirated and 2 turbo)
2 Pro Farm Classes- 9,500# and 10,000#
3 classes of gas trucks- 6000# factory, 6500# street, and 6500# modified
A gas/diesel challenge
2.6 street diesel trucks

Rules are as follows

Antique-4300, 4900, 5500, 6150, 6650,7150,7800,8650, and 8651 up to 10500

1. Drawbar Height 20'' from ground to top of bar.
2. 18" from center of rear axle hook-up.
3. RPM 10% over stock
4. NO cut tires
5. Low gear only
6. Weight brackets 11ft from center of rear axle to the end of the weights
7. Stock appearing block
8. No compressed fuel! LP only
9. 1958 or older unless in series
10. If anything falls off the tractor you will be disqualified
11. Tractors can pull in the same class with more than one driver but only place once
12. Weight Class 100lbs over with no weights
13. 1% tolerance for weighted tractors
14. Torque must stay in the position you start in
15. NO external modifications to the intake manifold
16. 18.4 38 max tire size
17. Every tractor WILL weight before each pull
18. Rigid drawbar on all tractors- no floating
19. No complaining
20. People in charge of pull have the final decision on the rules

Factory Stock Gas 4x4 6000#
1. Must be factory stock
2. License and Insurance match truck
3. NO blocked rear end. Must have stock suspension travel
4. NO hanging weights but can have weights in the bed
5. MUST pull 15in of vacuum off the engine.
6. 26 in hitch height
7. People in charge of the pull have final rule decisions

Street Stock Gas 4x4 6500#

1. Axles, drivetrain and engine block MUST be OEM
2. Cubic inch limit- 454 Chevy, 440 Chrysler, 460 Ford
3. Cast iron heads only
4. Single carb- pump gas only, no alcohol, E85, or nitrous
5. DOT tires only- 35in max size
6. Hanging weights on front bumper are allowed and MUST be properly fastened.
7. Open headers, traction bars, and blocked rear ends allowed
8. Safety shield at rear drive shaft u-joint
9. MUST be licensed and insured
10. Hitch must pull from bumper or "reese" style hitch only
11. 26 in max hitch height, at end of an 8' bed
12. No drunk drivers
13. People in charge of the pull have final decision on the rules
14. No complaining

Modified Gas 4x4 6500#

1. Axles, drivetrain, and engine block must be OEM
2. No aluminum heads
3. Single carb -no superchargers or turbo
4. No alcohol, E85, or nitrous
5. Must have blow proof bellhousing/blanket
6. DOT tires, no cut tires
7. Weights must be securely fastened.
8. All safety equipment required (front and rear driveshaft loops and rear U-joint shield)
9. Must be licensed and insured
10. 26in max hitch height
11. No fuel cells in cab of truck
12. No drinking and driving
13. People in charge of pull have final decision on rules
14. NO complaining


2.6 Street Diesel 4x4 8000lb
1. Axles, drivetrain, and engine block must be OEM
2. No propane, nitrous, or water injection
3. NO riders
4. Must have blow proof bellhousing/blanket
5. DOT tires only
6. Front weights must be securely fastened
7. Front and rear driveshaft loops and u-joint shields
8. Must be licensed and insured
9. Must pull from "reese" style hitch
10. 26in max hitch height
11. No fuel cells in cab of truck
12. No drinking and driving
13. People in charge of pull have final decision on rules
14. No complaining
