Default Brake line diameter question

Getting ready to install the brake lines in our tube chassis project. I am looking for suggestions on steel line diameters. I am using a mopar style master cylinder and GM metric calipers on rears and MR2's on front. Should the front line be a larger diameter to the splitter? Larger in the back? I always question which is more important, pressure or volume? Thank you, markadams

3/16 tube all the way. The larger the bore, the spongier the pedal feels, generally...
