I have never been able to get someone to say for sure what causes that sound...there was a thread on speedtalk about the cause, but no definite answer

I run alky inj. big blocks had that problem last summer, took the engine apart and found the 4 inside piston domes (cyl. 3,4,5,6) had started touching the brand new bb2x chambers. the chambers were straight from brodix. I laid back the edge of the chamber to give clearance and never had any more trouble

i used my Callies Stealth Crank ( had it magged), also used my same heads and intake 454r ( Tons of hand port work)..the rest is Brand new. (block, rods.pistons, cam ( custom 4/7 swap)

also the Chirp is the HUGE CI ENGINE CHIRP..not a mechanical failure Chirp...un Mis-stakable !

I have Heard several of PARS 565ci's at our local tracks..and they had a mean sounding chirp..for some reason i just wasn't expecting mine to sound this way..My bad i guess.......But i like it...
