Default mounting dragster front tires

what the best way to mount a new set of tires (22x2.5) on a set of weld wheels. wheels are anodized black so prying to stretch tire over wheel is out of the question.

second question....whats best way to balance them? motorcycle shop should be able to balance them shouldn't they?

I have always balanced mine by moving the tire around on the rim. Just can't see a safe method of putting weight on a 2.5 convo-pro.

Motorcycle shop is probably the best option for mounting.
