Default ANSWER QUESTION WITH A QUESTION

ARE YOU TAKING SANCTIONED RACING?

I BELIEVE THE 70'S FOR WATER BURN OUTS.

SOME GUYS STILL DO DRY HOPS AFTER THE WATER BURNOUT AT MY IHRA TRACK.

BUT SINCE YOU ASKED THE QUESTION THEY MUST BE OUTLAWED FOR SAFETY. I WILL SAY IN THE 2000'S.

JACK

 :?

Don't know much about NHRA rules but the type racing we do mainly ( IHRA) if anything you can still dry hop. ...on the water I don't know I would say it evolved with the advancement of the slick.
