Default 2 very good ads wuith too good prices?

See ads 182822495 and 182819657. Both by same guy in Illinois.

The ads are for a 58 Chevy street rod and a BBC short block.

I am an engine builder and own a 58 Chevy (which I have for sale in the same section as his), and I would not sell either for what this guy is asking.

No pictures, no honor payments.

Member since 2006.

These might be great deals.

I have no reason at this point to doubt the guys ads, just a feeling.

I have contacted him today and asked for pictures.

What do you think?

Mark these ads are all part of a specific group of RJ guys, that I dont doubt are all the same person, that have these unbelievable deals posted up all the time. Most of them list Camaros and Vettes a lot with just a single picture that looks like it was taken at a car show
Here is a link to a couple of aged thread that lead to some interesting replies and even sending me death threats through the mail, there is some good reading here...

Here is another one, now the car is not cheap but notice the picture style and read the description, big block and pro street but I am pretty sure thats a small block in the picture with regular sized tires on the back

Here are some more

I can pull these up all day, weird similarities and consistencies between the ads listed by about 8 different user ID's that are all based in Chicago area and Florida

All those ads show pictures that are too good to be true for the price. We see them once in a while. They are usually new members less than 2 weeks. These two are from the same member that has been one since 2006. And there is no picture to help sell the item. Just a low price for what is described. May be legit, just curious. Will see if I get any response back. It kinda hurts my ad though for selling my 58 Chevy. His description is of a nicer sounding car than mine at a lower price.

Harbone, I looked at those ads from back in 2010. The fist one you listed happens to have the same user name as the 2 ads I am curious about. How about that. Same guy and same Chicago area. May still be legit.

I did get a response from the 2 ads I asked about pictures for. Simply stated "Gone". Both sold just like that?

I just checked the two ads, and they are still up. He, or whoever probably reads the forum as we do and probably
knows who you and Harbone are. You are giving them a heads up on what you are doing if they do indeed use the
forum. (Just saying)

Dont worry, they know I am always watching since they can see that I put all their ads in my favorites
I wish they would come over here and play!
