wow guys thanks for all the imput, but im going to wait a few days
to get back in the groove, im in shock. there was an incident down
the street and a gun fight broke out, i saw this man go down and
his sons were yelling for help, i went over and the man was shot
in the head, his brains were all over the sidewalk, with about a
gallon of blood. the man was gasping for air and tried to clear all
the blood he was choking on, his sons were in shock and as the
man looked at me i could see he was brain dead, the man later
died in the hospital he was not stable. and god bless our boys and
girls who go thru this every day in the middle east, im in shock.
the car just is'nt interesting right now, im going to pray for the family
and can't get the mans look on his face out of my head. thanx again

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and to the family that had to witness this tragic event.

Signs-
Wow... sorry you had to see that. Fact is, you will never get that out of your head. The only thing (as you know) is to lean & yield on God right now for some kind of sense or closure. I don't know what to say.... but God will know what you need. Those boys.. I can't imagine... that is awful. You will lean on God about this; those boys might blame God for this. How do you tell them it was not God that caused it?? Those poor kids. I will pray for everyone involved. Take care buddy. I sent you a PM too. Scooter

It is truly a shock to the senses the first time one experiences something like that, especially in your own neighborhood.......
Not to diminish your experience, Signs;
Just imagine the visuals, smells, and sounds our combat troops will live with FOREVER............help them by UNDERSTANDING what they might have gone through. Unless you've actually been there, it's impossible to know, but you CAN understand....never coddle, just understand....in order to survive the insanity of war, they have to harden themselves against all those sensations of combat. It all can come out when they get 'home'.

thanks guys, boy, the support on here is fantastic, i do feel better,
but the first thing that i thought of was what our boys and girls
go thru at war, god bless all of them and bring them home safetly,
i don't like that my fat old a$$ stays here and our young kids have
to do the fighting for us, very proud of our young troops, again,
thanks for the support guys, and dirka, stay safe bud.
