Default help on bbc alcohol set up are 185 jets correct to start?

I have a 511 bbc on gas that i want to put on alcohol i have a 1050 Dale cubic gas carb on it and i got a 1095bg alcohol carb now that i need help with to set up. what jets should i start out with it has 185 in it. the car is 2650lb.coan 5000 stall 4.11 gear 31 tall tire 714/680 278/ 282 .050 110 lsa. 4/7 comp cam 15.5 comp. alumn rod 4.25 stroke 4.375 bore ported 310 heads, 454r intake ported to heads,pg.trans brake, car has run 8.90 151 1/4 with 4.56 gear went to a 411 to lower rpm at traps was 7900 know car runs 9,00 and traps 7600 but want to go faster with this gear! cold use some help with this want to run alcohol because its 2bucks a gal. compared to 7.50/ to 8 for gas. Thanks!

You might as well start with those jets. Also keep in mind you will burn 2+ times the alcohol that you would with gas.

Dave do you think it will be rich or lean? i don,t have any extra jets for this carb and would like to know so i can buy some.

That will more than Likely be a Bit FAT?I would think you will end up with something in the 170's Range?

My "bad" on saying run as is. I would hate to see you wash down your cylinder walls the first run out. BBChevy is probably real close with 170.
On gas, you would be 88's to 92's, so buy some 174's to start. If your RPM is going to be close to 8000, back them up with some 178's. If the RPM will be 7500, back them up with 170's.
