energy suspension bushings
adjustable torque arm, cant remember who its made by
Koni adjustable struts
subframe connectors- welded in also had a 9 inch rear in it.
I have stock motor mounts in it and the motor is out i am putting a new motor in it with about 500hp , should i replace the mounts to solid ones if so wich ones thx to all

also keep in mind..ANYTIME you solid mount motor, tranny or any other part that is in the path of energy transfer.....you lose the shock absorber effect you once had..meaning that the energy will travel right thru your soild mount and keep traveling until it finds a weak spot and will exit there...causing a break or material failure if you do not have the right kind of set up ( see below)
i know many guys out here who solid mount trannys, if they are not breaking tranny tunnels etc..it means they are running after market cases and pro-drive line set ups...same as a front plate...a mid plate is the proper follow up for added insurance
if it were my car ..i would poly mount the engine and tie down the block,..you get the best of both worlds...you can also go with a Mid plate and resolve a lot of flex issues.
IMO.

i would not be so concerned with the Body mounts if its a subframe car, if you have installed subframe connectors..it will eliminate the body roll ( flex) you are speaking of with the body mounts...the most inexpensive effective chassis mod anyone could do to a stock suspension SUB-FRAME car..IMO.
