Default Approx. value of 1965 Corvette 327/365 solid lifter motor

Just bought a '66 Chevelle with a 1965 HH Corvette motor 327/365 HP motor. Motor is .30 over and rebuilt by pro shop with excellent track record. Has 200 miles on it with papers and all matching factory distributor, intake and factory Holley carb (completely rebuilt). Tried to attach photo and build sheet but it would'nt upload. Motor is balanced. engine suffix F0226HH Jan 26th Cyl block 2870 Dated A225; cylinder heads 3782461 Dated A255, A205; crankshaft 4577 Holley carb 2818-1 dated 512; distributor 1111069 dated 4M14; Intake Alum. Hi-Rise #46 1
new TRW pistons, 11 to 1 CR, new Corvette solid lifters and new GM 30-30 cam, 6 qt. oil pan; new dual valve springs, 2.02/1.60 SS valves, hardened seats and bronze valve guides, new rocker arms, balls, nuts and new push rods; everything was magged and no cracks...5 angle valve job and no porting of any kind.

My question is what is what is this motor worth (ballpark range)...and does anybody on the forum have a need for this particular somewhat rare motor. It has the 30-30 factory cam and is the solid lifted motor. I can send the build sheet also. You can reach me through this forum (or better yet through my email at bamafrost at yahoo dot com) or call me 256/443.8846.

My name is Tom and the motor is in NW Alabama and still in car...hear it run.
Selling to go with more of a milder (old man's) 300 hp 327 (no need for matching number/year block as my car is not numbers matching).

Thanks.

Default corvette motor value

Happy New Year Bama
That motor is valuable to some one wanting/restoring that year matching corvette, so maybe go to a few corvette internet sites and advertise. Some one may really want that. Worth a shot.

That would make a nice resto project have a good time correct motor. BTW: 3782461 heads are great; just bought a pair hot tanked for 100.00 bare. That motor is worth more to a proper resto buyer than a typical motor buyer IMHO.
