Thats the perfect time to break one if its gonna happen...saw a 10.5 Southern Outlaw break one at the 330 ft mark about 4 or 5 years ago..he was trackin a 2.75 et @330ft mark approx 130+ mph..and broke the left axle..took a 90 degree right turn and began to barrell roll over the wall...very nasty wreck..here is a vid of it on you tube..they only got the start of the wreck but you can tell something bad went wrong...Chad has not run in a 10.5 since this wreck..I know him personally.


the 1st vid is of the wreck and there are a few more below showing you what power the car had...it was a 4.50et car 160 mph @3000lbs

I don't know where this track is but to allow spectators on the TRACK side of the fence right next to the track is totally INSANE. A TON of 'what if's ' could happen and NONE of them good !
