Default cash for clunkers has started

i don't have a link to the news but it came out on the local news
that in atlanta had started giving individuals vouchers for another
car if it can't pass inspection. and another family in virgina received
a voucher for a old car that was sitting in the driveway. then they
interviewed a car dealer and he liked the fact that they would have
to get new cars, and showed an old car on the road and old cars
in a yard and the news said, "the goal is to have new cars on the
road and once the clunkers are turned in, they will be crushed and
never be on the street again", wow, i'm telling you, we are all going
to be driving go-carts with tricked out wheels

Man that is scarey Signs. It sounds like it has started... even if the voucher is only a "choice"... they will begin to take steps to make it manditory in the future.
