I run an Eastcoast alternator and bracket on my dragster with no complaints. It fits between the frame rails perfectly.

I just figured out yesterday the RJ had a forum, LOL. I cant' get on RR's site at work and when I get home, it's eat, brush teeth and go to bed,haha.

march has a driver side bracket for BBC. look at the picture in this thread under my user name. That will give you an idea of how it will mount
