If it breaks in half running down the street at 50 mph, it still gonna hurt abit. Unsafe is unsafe. I think the car should be condemned.

problem with it being on street most dot inspectors ive run across wouldnt lnow a good weld from there own a$$es they gave this one salvage yard a clear title after inspecting this car the problem is the frame work (welding thin steel over rust lasted 3 days they had me ttake it from yard to lot and hit pot hole herd a pop and from shock mounts back of the frame fell off (of course pants had lumps and car smelled real funny after)
