Default 4 link question

I want to lower my top bars 1 hole. Problem is there isn't any holes left. My bottom bars are level.what would happen if i raised the bottom bar up 1 hole? In essence, would that have the same result as moving the top bars down? I can weld new tabs on to make the top bar lower 1 hole but was wondering if raising the bottom would do the same thing. Thanks

No, raising the bottom won't do the same thing. It will move your intersect point back and up.

Moving the front of the top bar down moves your intersect point back and down. Check out the video below.
