Its an open title in previous sellers name. He filled out wrong section and had bank info in lein section. I didnt think that would be issue cause I thought a bank would hold the title if it was use to loan money. They need something.. I was able to locate the orignal seller and he is very nice guy. I left a VM with bank rep so I can get a fax to DMV stating no lein on car

I know I didnt make the best choices but hopefully it will workout. thanks

Appreciate your response and your correct. I was still waiting on some information and didnt want to mention title yet. But your right. Soon as I found inconsistancy with what seller said and car, then ran into title issues I definitely starting freaking. Thats when one of your members gave me some excellent advice. thanks for your response

sometimes the paper work becomes the pain in the azz of a deal. bought a elcamino that turned out to be a gmc sprint. rite vin wrong make & model. paid fees to the state twice to state to fix there mistake. but there always rite even when there wrong :?

To be completely honest once I saw that title I would have told the guy have a nice day and walked away. That right there would have thrown up a red flag in my eyes. JMO
