Default New Lifters and Assembly lube

Hello All

I im installing Isky Red zone extreme duty roller x lifters.. the instructions say do not soak them in anything..just clean the body of the lifter and use oil or assembly lube on the body only.
Whats the best lube to use on the lifter body??

Thanks
Keith

Any moly 'based' assembly lube will work, cam break lube works good too.
Coat the body, roller, and put a dab where the pushrod meets the lifter.

I respectfully disagree. Use oil only, as the moly is so slick the roller will slide on the lobe instead of rolling.
