Man do you have problems..
I would say that the reason your oil dipstick came out is excessive blow by, which is rings, pistons and or cylinder wall issues.
You stated that last year you burnt a piston, did you have the blocked bored and new pistons put back in? And how would your dipstick coming out of the block cause you to burn a hole in a piston? Are you spraying the piss out of this motor with nitrous? Burnt pistons are indication something is bad wrong in the combustion chamber, I.E> severe detonation or a sudden lean condition.
Also I dont think neither of your problems are with your heads.
I assume your running a hydralic cam, how much did you preload the lifter? And what kinda rpms are you reving the engine too? What about your valve spring pressure? How much compression are you running, what type of fuel are you using? Lets star over and get back to the bascis here. There allot of unaswered questions here that we need to know before anybody can effectivly help you with these probelms.
Goodluck, Charles

Not to sound like a a-hole by no means..
but my suggestion it take the bulltet out and have someone look at it that knows what they are doing..
no offense toward you by no means

P.S. I once destroyed an anvil with a rubber hammer, so I know what it's like to have problems.
