Seems that the mods are awful touchy here lately..........??????
What happened to calm open discussion without accusations or at least FACTS to back up any accusations ?
WHY is this particular thread even being blown out of proportion ? We're all starting to sound like a bunch of grade school kids instead of the adults, fellow racers and good friends that we are.
Time to gather it up and take another stab at it to make this a good run !

I can't believe you are selling that car.

I did not mean to start a big mess. I thought this type of thread was against the rules. I WAS MISTAKEN. Just lock it up now before another mess gets going.

edited for spelling.

Everythings for sale! I love the car but I feel like a retiree driving it! besides the decent exhaust note the car is like driving a caddilac. I miss rowing gears and sqealing tires. I have a guy in St Louis I am meeting next week, he has a numbers matching 73 Trans Am 455/4-speed car he has owned for 20+ years. He is about to retire, wants an older automatic car with AC and I want a big block 4-speed. So who knows, might have a new toy just in time for winter!

I agree but I think theres something else going on here. The subject of the forum posting was "Racing Rig for sale!!!" that to me is a blatant ad. Now any other time on here people get there wrists slapped for doing the same thing. His post didnt say "what do you think of my rig" or "lets discuss my hauler" so why did the Mod get into the people who were trying to correct the issue? I am not trying to start things either but it seems to have gotten out of hand on here lately.

I have no problem with Tom's decision that this is ok. I'm surprised by it, but he and Brian are the ones put in place to keep this place running like it should. It's their call, not mine. I'm sorry I started trouble.
