If you live in Detroit, the only people who doesn't have a gun is a mugging or shooting victim that either didn't have a gun or didn't use it fast enough, and the mugger/shooter took it away . . . or really dumb people . .
Apparently the guy she pulled her gun on, didn't have one, falling into the dumbass category . .
But, she needs to get a couple of hundred rounds of practice . . Y'gotta learn to hit what you shoot at . .

I'm surprised she didn't get charged with anything as she was not in direct and immediate fear for her life when she started shooting as he was running away.If she popped him during the actual altercation, she would be justified.
