Stimulus package ???
Read it ALL, but the last section says WHEN it'll be spent....'stimulus' is a fraudulent description as it will NOT STIMULATE sooner but waaaay down the road if at all.....It's more like a 'RAPE' package...

I am going to take your word on this one. I looked at it for awhile... saw all kinds of red flags... but I am not knowledgable enough about politics to desipher all of the SPINS comming out of that mess. Scoot
