found out more information about the Trifty dragster . the first one was in 1957. Another on was in 1961 . In march of 1961 it ran at Bakersfield Cal. and ran low ET 8.28 and mph of 185.58 was sidelined with rear end trouble. the driver was Don Stroetren. it was tuned by Dick Flynn and a crew of Lew Shaw, Laurie Moreau. Do not know who was the owner. another one was owner by the Kellys who had a repair station on North Wall in Spokane . the Last one was the one I wanted and finaly found it as far as I can find out was owned by the Hordemann which was sponnored by Thrity Auto at in 1964 at Deer Park Drag strip ran a 8.33. The one from 1961 ??? is in south of Tacoma Washington being restored. If I have any facts wrong I would like to know more about it
