I would look at replacing the intake with a victor junior and place a 100 shot kit on it and that should put you in the 12's.

You have a heavy car not much in the way of gears or converter, but as stated earlier in this thread look at decreasing the restriction of air intake and cool it down with a little nitrous and you'll have a pretty nice time on the street.

You might also want to double check your fuel pressure.
