I baby them first few hits in the spring, better safe then sorry.

1st pass this year took it to 60ft, got to the trailer to check lash and found a rocker arm stud had pulled a heli-coil out of the head. Was better playing it safe..

I had a very similar 406 in my truck and it ran a best of 10.48, but that is weighing in at 2750 with me in it.

WHAT TYPE OF FUEL SHOULD I RUN TO RACE THIS MOTOR? A 50/50 MIX OF 93 AND 108/110 VP RACING FUEL?

You ever seen a Pro Mod or Pro Stock do a rebuild between races and then baby it? Don't think so.
