My 1980 Malibu is 2950 without me. Aluminum head BBC. Glass hood and bumpers. 52% on front half.
I use Moroso front trick springs, heaviest ones they make. 47135 I think. With no coils cut, using aftermarket tubular A arms.
On the rear I have coil overs with 125# Springs.
I use a Moroso 9" deep street/ strip oil pan and Hooker 2241 headers.

I got them from gbodyparts.com.
I think they are BMR.
Nice parts, but they don't come with lower rubber bump stops, which I needed. I added my own. And they lowered my front end enough that I had to buy new springs.
