Default disc brake conversion

68 camaro, front discs are like a gm origonal with one large piston, the back are 4 piston wilwoods , the directions give a formual to see which port on the mc to hook to. the back come up with more piston area. This is a wilwood master. the front port is the larger of the two, but if I do this according to the directions I will be hooking to the smaller rear port. WHY do they have one port larger than the other on masters any way, thanks for any inut before I start bending brake lines
